POSITION: AREA PCR (Passenger Car Radial) TYRE SALES SPECIALIST

We are looking for Area PCR Sales Specialist for our international client with the following skills and the qualifications;

•    Preferably experienced in tyre sales area or battery, rim, automotive, mineral oils, oil fuel, in similar area such as automotive spare parts acquired for at minimum 2 years sales experience
•    Bachelor degree 
•    To have customer portfolio
•    Experience in tyre sector is a plus
•    Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
•    Excellent communication of written & spoken English
•    Positive, Responsible, Ambitious, High level of Sales Skills
•    Operational Discipline and presentable
•    Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
•    High Level of Energy,
•    Leadership / Management Skills
•    Driving licence is a must
•    Military service must be completed for male candidates
•    Having no restrictions for travelling
•    Maximum 35 years of age

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

•    Assure the profitability and the growth of the business in the assigned area/customer deploying the plans shared with the corresponding Manager
•    Build and strengthen relationships with customers, especially with loyal long-term customers in order to increase firm share in the customer
•    Develop business by increasing customer base also developing new/non-traditional channels on the market
•    Carry out negotiations and sales activities, agreeing with them volumes, conditions of sale (price, terms of delivery, terms of payment) in order to achieve the targets in terms of profit., volumes, product mix, revenues
•    Implement the promotional campaigns and support the trade & consumer marketing activities in the managed sales zone (included training initiatives addressed to the customer)
•    Monitor and report the activities and strategies of the competitors in the assigned sales territory
•    Provide reliable forecasting in order to maximize the service level reducing logistic costs
•    Identify local opportunities in order to make proposals for the development of the assigned Area
•    Assure the achievement of the targets in terms
•    Location: Samsun and nearby cities
