POSITION:  Field Force Supervisor Turkey

We are looking for an ideal candidate, who will have an international career possibilities and 
who will be responsible for the supervison of the brand represantatives working in duty free shops throughout country. 

Qualifications:

⦁ Graduate degree from the university in preferably Business Administration or Economics
⦁ Preferably professional experience in FMCG business within sales function
⦁ Preferably between 27-35 years of age
⦁ Self-confident, strong analytical as well interpersonal skills, capable of managing stress
⦁ Good communication and negotiation skills
⦁ Very good oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively
⦁ Advanced user of MS Office applications
⦁ B Class driving licence
⦁ Completed military service for male candidates
⦁ Able to travel in Turkey and abroad frequently

Job Description:

⦁ Managing brand respresantatives working in duty free shops in Istanbul, İzmir, Antalya, Dalaman and Kapıkule
⦁ Coordinating the communication between brand respresantatives and South Eastern Europa, Middle East and Africa
⦁ Training new brand represantatives,
⦁ Maintaining good communication and work relationship in all shop areas
⦁ Preparing, updating and following up reports
