POSITION: CSO (CHIEF SALES OFFICER)
We are looking for a CSO (Chief Sales Officer) for one of the most important software companies in Turkey that we consult.
To continue operating at their high standards, we’re seeking a CSO who’s a born leader. This person should have experience in overseeing business operations as well as human relations, finance, and communications.
The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. Ultimately, the CSO should be driven by a desire to lead our business to maximum productivity and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of appx. 40 people
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry's main players
- Establish sales targets and closely monitor performance against the targets
- Taking a role in the determination of the sales targets made within the scope of the annual budget studies
- Determining the annual marketing budget in line with the determined targets, comparing it with the financial targets and presenting it to the superiors
- Identify key target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth
- Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Lead and manage sales and marketing teams; recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high performing sales and marketing team
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximize team productivity
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales objectives
- Develop and execute the sales, marketing and corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Leverage industry insights to identify potential risks and opportunities and make informed business decisions
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team and across the teams
- Work closely with R&D, technical teams to align sales and marketing strategies with product offerings and production capabilities
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the e-commerce industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The successful candidate must have +10 years of e-commerce background and at least +5 years of experience managing sales teams. E-commerce sector experience is a must.
- In depth knowledge of B2B sales and value-based selling
- Successfully leading, coaching, motivating and developing a team
- Detail oriented, planning, organizing and time management skills
- Takes initiate as a problem solver
- Skilled in negotiations, developing sales strategies and forecasting
- Having a high sense of integrity
- Great at interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to other countries in the region

Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Engineering departments
- Demonstrated ability for leading and building organizational capabilities, robust systems and processes and culture of high performance / excellence in production.
- Ability to lead teams effectively. Entrepreneurial
- Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and senior executive presence.
- Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills
- Excellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful change management experience
- Fluency in English, Turkish knowledge is a mandatory
- Advanced level of MS Office Programs is MUST
- Experience in to use SAP system
- Strong analytical, numerical and communication, presentation skills
- Ability to work well independently and in team environment
- High level of energy and self-motivation to manage complex multinational tasks
- Resides in İstanbul-Asian side is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity

- Ensuring that financial reports are prepared fully and on time

POSITION: CFO
We are looking for a CFO for one of the most important FMCG companies in Turkey that we consult. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks • Sales and earnings analyses, variance analysis
- Full responsibility of budget
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB, IFRS, UFRS, VUK)
- Development, supervision and management of the Finance department (in particular Accounting, Controlling, Treasury and Financial planning teams)
Qualifications
- University degree, Qualified appropriate further training in the subject areas or an economics degree preferably MBA in the field of business administration and finance
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- Have the experience of production companies
- In FMCG sector experience is must
- Experience in the use and further development of accounting & finance in SAP systems
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- More than 15 years of finance experience
- Ability to work strategically, but also hands-on problem solving
- Fluent English MUST
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required

POSITION : QUALITY MANAGER
We are looking for a QUALITY MANAGER for one of the most important building chemical companies in Europe that we consult.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for to develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards (including: QMS IATF16949, EMS ISO14001 / QMS ISO 9001 / HSMS ISO 45001, and ENMS50001), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures.
To regulate, control, and improve the quality of all processes throughout the business and the final product.
To manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.
To embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
To lead the team to achieve quality management system targets for customers and business goals
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Engineering degree in related fields (preferably in Chemical or Industrial Engineering)
- Very good command of English
- At least 10+ years of experience in QA & QC
- Preferably worked in similar tasks in the building chemicals sector for at least 10 years.
- Effectively use MS Office programs of ERP systems
- Has the ability to represent the company
- Have no travel barrier for both domestic and international
- Class B Driving License
- Preferably living at Istanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Hires and trains Quality Systems staff
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan
- Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met. Liaise with external bodies on all matters relating to registration. Maintain and improve, in line with business needs

- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
