To continue operating to their high standards, we’re seeking a PURCHASING SPECIALIST to work under the Supply Chain Director at the organization.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing processes
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities
- Advanced analysis and reporting skills, able to use MS Office programs and ERP purchasing modules effectively
- Result-oriented and systematic work, with problem-solving skills
- Good in English, Turkish knowledge is a mandatory

- Conducting periodic reporting and market research for the effective management of new and existing supply sources
- Conducting alternative supplier research and approval processes for existing and new raw material/auxiliary material/service purchases
- Collecting price offers from suppliers, organizing tenders and negotiating in accordance with specifications and purchasing procedures
- Monitoring and managing the entire process from receiving offers for raw material/auxiliary material/service purchases to delivery of the order under the desired conditions
- Conducting periodic meetings with suppliers for the purpose of market analysis research
- Managing supplier auditing and evaluation processes and measuring and developing supplier performance
- Preparing periodic reports related to the purchasing unit
- Following up-to-date legislation and regulations, company standards and instructions related to the area of responsibility and fulfilling their requirements

POSITION: CSO (CHIEF SALES OFFICER)
We are looking for a CSO (Chief Sales Officer) for one of the most important software companies in Turkey that we consult.
To continue operating at their high standards, we’re seeking a CSO who’s a born leader. This person should have experience in overseeing business operations as well as human relations, finance, and communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of appx. 40 people
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry's main players
- Establish sales targets and closely monitor performance against the targets
- Taking a role in the determination of the sales targets made within the scope of the annual budget studies
- Determining the annual marketing budget in line with the determined targets, comparing it with the financial targets and presenting it to the superiors
- Identify key target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth
- Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Lead and manage sales and marketing teams; recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high performing sales and marketing team
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximize team productivity
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales objectives
- Develop and execute the sales, marketing and corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions

- The successful candidate must have +10 years of e-commerce background and at least +5 years of experience managing sales teams. E-commerce sector experience is a must.
