POSITION : HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
OVERVIEW
The Human Resources Manager will play a critical leadership role, responsible for shaping and implementing the human resources strategy. This role is responsible for creating a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting strategic business objectives through effective talent management. In addition to all, also the position demands a pioneering and visionary leader, capable of inspiring teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and making data-driven decisions that elevate the firm’s position as a leader in the e-commerce technology sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals
- Managing all HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, compensation, and benefits
- Planning and implementing organizational development projects • Developing programs to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
- Managing, guiding, and developing the HR team
- Monitoring compliance with legal regulations
- Providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Developing practices to strengthen the company culture
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 15 years of progressive human resources experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles, ideally within the technology or e-commerce sector
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive position minumum 5 years
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Data-driven decision-making ability and strong analytical thinking skills
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in change management
- Excellent people management skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy
- Design, implement, and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with the firm's business objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities, risks, and trends in the e-commerce software sector.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels and campaigns.
Brand Management
- Steward the firm brand, enhancing visibility and reputation in the marketplace.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application internally and externally.
- Identify and execute initiatives to differentiate the firm from its competitors.
- Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Oversee the planning and execution of performance marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and boost online conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize the lead funnel and ensure alignment on revenue goals.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing marketing team with expertise across digital, content, creative, PR, and analytics.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for team members, providing regular feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Champion professional development and facilitate training opportunities for team growth.
- Content and Communication
- Develop and oversee a robust content strategy to educate, inform, and engage the firm’s target audience.

Product Marketing
- Work closely with product management and development teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new releases.

Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and customer summits.
- Represent the firm at industry events, building relationships and identifying partnership opportunities.
Budget and Performance Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.

- Collaborate across departments—especially with sales, product, customer support, and executive leadership—to align marketing with overall business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles, ideally within the technology or e-commerce sector.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, SaaS solutions, and B2B marketing best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities
- Define the technology strategy, vision and roadmap in alignment with The FIRM’s business strategy.
- Identify emerging technologies that would help The FIRM deliver its digital business strategy.
- Lead technology innovation to explore how these emerging technologies can transform the business.
- Leverage trendspotting to anticipate how technological and non-technological trends could help The FIRM prepare for and navigate change and disruption.
- Decide which technologies to invest in and procure, including making the business case.
- Evolve architecture to support the introduction of new technologies to enable the digital business strategy.
- Assess the potential risk of bringing new and emerging technologies into the organization and determine how to mitigate it.

- Identification and successful deployment of new IT technologies and development processes in a medium to large IT organization.
- Staff management, ideally running a department of 10 or more individuals
- A wide understanding of IT technology and vendors combined with the ability to evangelize new developments to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience in leading digital business strategy. An MBA would be desirable, as would knowledge of the Energy logistics/distribution industry.
