Position Overview
The Sales Manager at THE FIRM will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's sales strategy. - Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote THE FIRM’s solutions and increase brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
- Proven ability to develop effective sales strategies and drive business growth in competitive markets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
