POSITION: AREA SALES MANAGER
We are looking for Area Sales Manager for our international client with the following skills and the qualifications;
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and experience in Tyre Sector is a plus,
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills,
• Excellent communication of written & spoken English,
• Positive, Responsible, Ambitious,
• Operational Discipline,
• High Level of Energy,
• Leadership / Management Skills,
• Driving licence is a must,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates,
• Having no restrictions for travelling.
We are willing to work with a professional who demonstrate high potential in sales and sales management.
He will be responsible of assuring the profitability and growth of the business in the assigned area.
Acknowledge the activities and strategies of the competitors and make suggestions for designing effective response strategies
Identify local opportunities in order to make proposals for the development of the assigned Area
Contribute to the expansion of the customer base and to the development of new/ non-traditional channels on the market by identifying sales strategies
Sales Force Management
Manage the Sales Force of the assigned Area
May directly assist the Sales Force in the management of strategic and complex negotiations
Coordinate the promotional campaigns and support the trade & consumer marketing activities
Assure the provision to customers of precise information about products, services, conditions of sale and other related issues
Assure the achievement of the targets in terms
Planning & Reporting
Provide sales forecasts (volumes, value) in order to contribute to the planning process and to maximize the service level and reduce logistic costs
Discuss with sales-man forecasts and plans
Keep track of the payment status of the customers of the assigned Area and manage problems and issues
Verify customers' satisfaction level
