POSITION: ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT

For our client, we are actively seeking a new team member as “Assistant Vice President” to be a part of its Retail Collection Department.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or engineering, from a reputable university with foreign language education,
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience in credit allocation, credit marketing, business development, product management or credit collection areas,
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken),
  • Advanced skills at MS Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office programs,
  • Experience in effective presentation and reporting techniques,
  • Advanced project management, analysis and interpretation skills,
  • Strong communication skills, adept at teamwork and team management,
  • Result-oriented,
  • High professional work discipline and responsibility,
  • No military service obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Leads and motivates teams through proven management techniques and monitors performance,
  • Develops strategies to improve collections and guides related parties to designate infrastructural needs to implement those strategies if necessary
  • Conducts statistical analyses to develop, monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of collection strategies, makes recommendations for further improvements
  •  Assesses and resolve files within authorized limits, makes critical decisions regarding legal transactions
  • Works closely with collection teams to understand how strategy changes impact operational efficiency
  • Collaborates with the third party partners and support teams including Business Development & Strategy and Information Technology Departments in business process management

Military Status : Completed, Exempt
