POZİSYON: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
We are looking for Financial Controller (temporary) for our international client with the following skills and the qualifications;
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar
• Minimum 3 years of combined accounting and finance experience
• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Good command of English, together with excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Advanced level of computer skills in MS Office
• Military obligation must be completed for male candidate.
Roles in the finance department
• Commentator-focus on explaining the numbers; tell the business story in numbers
• Business partner-leave your desk ,get to know directors,divisions and other departments
• Scorekeeper-invest IT and process improvement (standardise,simplify and share)
• Custodian –be strategic and forward thinking and don’t get pulled into detail unnecessarily.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting
• Issue timely and complete financial statements
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts
• Controlling and approving the operation expenses and aligning with the Budget control
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Main contact for all banking relationships, to include both operating and investment accounts
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary
