Position: “Human Resources Director”

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree or above in social sciences, BA, Economics or Engineering faculties,
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources is preferable,
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in People Management preferably which at least last 5 years is a functional leadership role in a service organization with a large number blue collar employees,
  • Strong leadership, planning and organizing, communication skills, pursuing excellence, ensuring results, with a hands on approach as well as ability to solve complex problems and work with both blue and white collar employees,
  • Excellent command of English both speaking and writing,
  • Competency in MS Office Programs,
  • Ability to travel,
  • Active driving skill with a B class licence.

Job Description:

      Acting as part of the team and reporting directly to the CEO, the position will be mainly responsible for;

  • Designing, developing and managing   all HR activities; such as recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations and communications, compensation and benefits, payroll management performance management, career planning and talent management,
  • Acting as a driver for change and organizational transformation and ensuring the organization is set to achieve strategical targets and realize its vision with an effective, engaged and focused project management,
  • Driving the strategic decision making processes about the human resources of the organization as being the member of the executive team,
  • Providing employee satisfaction and engagement through effectively planning of HR functions and support the company organization and strategy to achieve the best results in terms of corporate targets through developing the best human capital,
  • Setting up HR systems and processes with the correct methodology for all people related processes,
  • Managing the recruitment and selection processes of the company effectively and providing right solutions on time in terms of humans resources needs of the business functions of the company,
  • Helping the organization become a best in class workplace and a preferred employer through effective and engaging HR communications and employer branding activities,
  • Supporting employees of all level through training and development programs depending on the organizational needs,
  • Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security and other applicable laws,
  • Sustaining employee engagement by employee opinion awareness and create internal communication opportunities to build cross relations,
  • Creating competitive compensation and benefits policies through providing a job grading structure based on the positions evaluations and ensuring the compensation and benefits processes are managed in line with the set standards,
  • Leading, directing and supporting payroll operations of the company,
