The Successful Applicant
- University degree preferably in Engineering fields,
- Minimum 5 years experience in Organizational Development of corporate organizations,
- Strong analytical skills and result orientation,
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization,
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate effectively at Senior Management Level,
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (advanced level of Excel)
- Good command of English,
- High sense of responsibility
Job Description
- To identify organizational development needs and conduct respective lean and optimization workouts,
- To evaluate organizational change requests and manage decision process with the related parties,
- To evaluate, analyze and follow up head count requests,
- To follow developments in the related sector, carry out process improvement workouts and develop new project,
- To create new job descriptions and update existing job descriptions when necessary,
- To prepare and update organization charts and organizational development procedures,
