Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from related departments (Psychology, Behavioral Sciences etc.),
• Having Assessment and Development Center perspective,(preferably had trainings in Assessment/Development Centers and having at least 5 years of experience ),
• Preferably had trainings in accredited coaching schools, and having a coaching certificate, • Unprejudiced and effective listening skills,
• Excellent observation skills,
• Ability to create a positive environment and give feedback using the correct feedback methods,
• Ability to work in cooperation with different departments and teams,
• Enthusiastic about his/her position and persistent to get successful results,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Excellent negotiation skills,
• Organized and responsible.
Job Description:
• To attend certain platforms as an observer and make observations in line with double winged leadership behaviors.
• To prepare reports to summarize the strong and development areas of attendants as per desired behaviors.
• To give feedbacks using correct expressions and supporting these expressions with related behavior examples/evidences.
• To realize, observe and appreciate the desired attitude/behavior.
• To organize and manage face to face feedback sessions.
