QUALIFICATIONS
WE LOOK FOR FUTURE MARKETING SUPERVISOR
• BA/BS Degree in Management/Engineering or similar discipline
• Good leadership skills, real team player, able to cope with high stress working environment & result oriented/customer first approach style working
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Very fluent in English
• Minimum 4 to 5 years marketing job experience preferably in Lubricants/Fuel business domains
• For Male Candidates, military service completed
• Head office & the factory is in GOSB, Gebze, Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
• The job responsibility briefly covers;“B2B & B2C marketing calendar preparation (ATL-BTL) & its execution, responsible from communication with creative agency”,
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy,
• Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products, working with customers, sales departments, and advertising agencies,
• Preparing marketing budget,
• Controlling market research datas, competitors analysis to launch action plans,
• Developing existing and new markets to empower company brand in global area,
• Managing advertising, catalogs, promotion activities and digital activities (web sites, CRM, advertisements, social media etc.) accorging to company strategies,
• Visiting and supporting to develope relations with dealers,
• Monitoring strategic international fairs,
• Oversee product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products,
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
